Outreach Theraplay is proud to say that we have built six playgrounds to date: one
in Terrier Rouge, Haiti, two in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, one locally in San Diego, CA, one in Jaco, Costa Rica, and one in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico.
We also had the privilege of supplying accessible beach access and adaptive beach wheelchairs for the Adaptive Open Pro World Tour Surf Championships in Play Bora Barranca, Costa Rica in 2024.

This was Outreach Theraplay’s first non-playground build project! We went from building playgrounds on turf to providing beach access ramps and wheelchairs for athletes to surf. It was so fun to get to provide adaptive equipment for play in a whole new way.
